This is a house plan design studio are deliberately designed specifically for a lot of space to live, work and play by the architect David Daniels. Located on ¼ acre lot with views of greenspace and water, 5 Ellery Street is Phase I of what will eventually be a 3000-sq .- ft. larger modern style greenhouse. Compact yet so cold, 500-sq.-ft. The main level garage and 500-sq.-ft. level up a lot of studio pack a punch. Many of the windows reveals the sun soaked interior. The style is warm and friendly house, with contemporary urban flair. The bed is cantilevered from the wall and most of the furniture and built-in storage space, maximizing every inch of available living space. A tower ladder takes you up into the studio, complete with walk-out patio. Continue up to the roof garden area and with it, the views of endless beach that makes the hotspot on the night and morning comfortably crisp. Although this looks minimalist but the design is very impressive.
